We started noculture<\/span> because we saw an opportunity: to tap into the incredible, experienced talent released by recent U.S. Government shifts, RIFs, and layoffs \u2014 especially within USAID and its partner community. Brilliant communicators, designers, strategists, and storytellers suddenly found themselves without a platform. So we built one.<\/p>\n

Our team is made up of seasoned international communications professionals<\/b><\/span> who\u2019ve spent decades working \u2014 in conflict zones, health emergencies, and high-stakes political spaces. We\u2019ve led crisis communications during the Ebola outbreak. We\u2019ve worked on the ground in Afghanistan, Somalia, Guinea, South Sudan, and dozens of other countries. We\u2019ve supported CEOs, Under-Secretaries-General, and government officials. We\u2019ve secured top-tier media coverage when it mattered, and built long-term strategy when the world wasn\u2019t watching.<\/p>\n
